At Zoor Tours, every journey is planned around confirmed dates, licensed guides, private transportation, accommodation partners, attraction tickets, local experiences, and other travel services arranged specifically for each guest. Because tourism services are time-sensitive and often reserved in advance, refunds and cancellations depend on the type of service booked, the notice period provided, and the terms of the suppliers involved in your itinerary.

Booking Deposits and Confirmed Services

A booking may require a deposit or full payment to secure your itinerary. Once your booking is confirmed, Zoor Tours may begin reserving guides, vehicles, hotel rooms, restaurants, entry tickets, special activities, and other third-party services. Any portion already paid to a supplier or used to secure a non-refundable service may not be refundable.

Cancellation by the Guest

If you need to cancel your trip, please contact us in writing as soon as possible. Refund eligibility is calculated from the date and time Zoor Tours receives your cancellation request. In general, cancellations made well in advance are more likely to qualify for a partial refund, while cancellations close to the travel date may be limited or non-refundable due to committed supplier costs.

Day tours, airport transfers, private transportation, multi-day packages, and tailor-made itineraries may each carry different cancellation terms. The final terms shared in your quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation will apply to your reservation.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are usually non-refundable once arranged or issued. These may include attraction tickets, permits, visa-related assistance, hotel cancellation penalties, special event bookings, meal reservations, third-party activity fees, payment gateway charges, bank transfer fees, and any service already delivered before the cancellation request was received.

Changes, Delays, and Travel Conditions

Travel in Jordan may occasionally be affected by weather, road conditions, site closures, government instructions, security advisories, supplier availability, or other circumstances outside our control. When possible, Zoor Tours will offer a suitable alternative, adjusted schedule, replacement experience, or travel credit. If a refund is appropriate, it will be reviewed based on the unrecoverable costs already committed for your booking.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, card providers, and international transfer procedures. Zoor Tours is not responsible for currency conversion differences, bank deductions, card issuer delays, or third-party transaction fees applied during the refund process.
