Return Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Zoor Tours | Last Updated: June 2026

1. Overview

At Zoor Tours, every itinerary is individually designed and confirmed through a dedicated planning process. Upon booking confirmation, the Company proceeds to reserve guides, private transportation, accommodation, attraction permits, and all associated services on behalf of the Client. Because these services are time-sensitive and involve third-party commitments made in advance, the following policy governs all cancellations, refund requests, and related procedures.

2. Booking Deposit

A deposit equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total booking value is required to confirm any reservation. By submitting this deposit, the Client acknowledges that the Company will immediately begin securing supplier arrangements on their behalf.

3. Cancellation by the Client

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: reservations@www.zoortours.com

The date and time of receipt of the written cancellation notice shall be the operative date for determining refund eligibility.

More than 30 days before travel start date:

The Client is entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid. Any bank transfer fees, payment gateway charges, or international transaction costs incurred in processing the refund shall be borne by the Client.

Between 14 and 30 days before travel start date:

Twenty-five percent (25%) of the total booking value shall be refunded. The remaining seventy-five percent (75%) will be retained by the Company to cover committed supplier costs and services already secured.

Less than 14 days before travel start date:

The deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total booking value is non-refundable. Any amount paid beyond the deposit will be assessed against confirmed supplier commitments at the time of cancellation. The Company will make reasonable efforts to recover any recoverable costs on the Client’s behalf; however, no guarantee of additional refund is made for cancellations received within this window.

4. Non-Refundable Components

Regardless of the notice period, the following items are generally non-refundable once arranged, issued, or committed:

– Attraction entry permits and tickets (including Petra, Wadi Rum, and other managed sites)

– Airline tickets and ancillary flight fees

Visa assistance fees and government-imposed visa charges

– Special event or private access reservations

– Pre-paid meal reservations or dining experiences

– Third-party activity fees already disbursed

– Payment gateway charges and bank transfer fees

Where a specific component carries a non-refundable third-party policy, this will be disclosed in writing prior to Booking Confirmation.

5. Cancellation by the Company

In the unlikely event that the Company must cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances within its control, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid, or the option to reschedule at no additional charge. Written notice will be provided as promptly as practicable.

6. Force Majeure Cancellations

Where a booking is disrupted or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control — including natural disasters, government travel restrictions, site closures, pandemics, acts of war, or airspace closures — the Company shall offer:

– Rescheduling to mutually agreed alternative dates at no penalty, or

– A full refund of all amounts paid to the Company, minus any bank transfer fees, payment gateway charges, or international transaction costs, which remain the Client’s responsibility.

The Company shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the Client independently, including separately arranged flights, insurance, or accommodation.

7. Itinerary Amendments

Requests to amend a confirmed itinerary without cancelling services are handled on a case-by-case basis subject to supplier availability. No minimum notice period is required. Any additional costs will be communicated to the Client prior to implementation.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times vary depending on the Client’s bank, card issuer, or payment gateway. Zoor Tours is not responsible for delays imposed by financial institutions or for any currency conversion differences, bank deductions, or third-party transaction fees deducted during the refund process.
