These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client.

3. Booking and Confirmation

3.1 All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until the Company has issued a written Booking Confirmation.

3.2 A deposit equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total booking value is required to secure any reservation. The Itinerary, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and any service-specific terms will be communicated to the Client prior to the deposit being collected.

3.3 The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%) is due no later than the date specified in the Booking Confirmation, which in most cases will be prior to the commencement of travel. The Company reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking and retain the deposit if the remaining balance is not received by the agreed due date.

3.4 All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the Client’s invoice or quotation. Zoor Tours reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to Booking Confirmation in the event of significant changes in supplier costs, exchange rates, or applicable taxes. Pricing shall not change after a Booking Confirmation has been issued and the deposit received.

4. Itinerary Changes

4.1 The Client may request changes to a confirmed Itinerary at any time, subject to the availability of the relevant services, accommodations, guides, and suppliers at the time of the request.

4.2 Where no services are being cancelled and changes relate solely to scheduling, sequencing, or activity substitutions, no minimum notice period is required. The Company cannot guarantee that all requested changes can be accommodated, particularly for bookings with pre-paid supplier commitments.

4.3 Any additional costs arising from itinerary changes shall be communicated to the Client and will be payable before the amended services are confirmed.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to reservations@www.zoortours.com. The date and time of receipt of the written cancellation shall determine the applicable refund entitlement.

14 to 30 days before travel start date: 25% of the total booking value refunded

Less than 14 days before travel start date: Deposit (50% of total booking value) is non-refundable. Any balance paid beyond the deposit will be assessed against committed supplier costs.

5.3 Certain components may carry stricter non-refundable terms imposed by third-party suppliers. Where applicable, such terms will be disclosed prior to Booking Confirmation and shall supersede the general schedule above for those specific components.

5.4 The Company is not liable for any bank transfer fees, currency conversion losses, or payment gateway charges incurred during the refund process. Such costs shall be borne by the Client.

6. Force Majeure

6.1 The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, war, civil unrest, terrorism, airspace closures, site closures, or extreme weather.

6.2 In such circumstances, the Company shall offer the Client a rescheduling of affected services to mutually agreed alternative dates, at no additional penalty.

6.3 Where rescheduling is not feasible or acceptable, a full refund of all amounts paid to the Company shall be issued, minus any bank transfer fees, payment gateway charges, or international transaction costs, which remain the Client’s responsibility.

6.4 The Company shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential costs incurred by the Client independently, including separately booked flights, accommodation, or other arrangements not organized by the Company.

7. Liability

7.1 Zoor Tours acts as an organizer and coordinator of services provided by independent third-party suppliers. The Company exercises reasonable care in the selection of its suppliers but does not own, operate, or directly control such third-party services.

7.2 The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific booking in question.

7.3 The Company shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers, events outside the Company’s control, the Client’s own actions or negligence, or persons not employed directly by the Company.

7.4 Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel.

8. Client Responsibilities

8.1 The Client is responsible for ensuring all travel party members hold valid travel documents, including passports with a minimum validity of six (6) months beyond intended travel dates, and any required visas or entry permits.
